14 Lynn deeds recorded in early September, with $1.9 million sale in Franklin Street topping the month
Fourteen deeds were recorded for Lynn properties between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with eight disclosing a sale price ranging from $432,900 to $1,925,000 and a median of $813,750. The top sale was 137-141A Franklin St. at $1,925,000, sold by Franklin Lynn LLC to SK Franklin Holdings LLC, more than double the next-highest recorded price. Two properties, on Morris Street and Varnum Street, sold the same day for $970,000 each to the same buyer. Five of the six transfers without disclosed prices involved matching grantor and grantee names, consistent with trust or estate transfers within the same family.
