15 Lynn deeds recorded in July, topped by $1.1 million Minot Street sale
Fifteen Lynn property transfers were recorded between July 3 and Aug. 1, with 11 disclosing a sale price. Prices ranged from $325,000 (Lambert Avenue) to $1.1 million (Minot Street), with a median of $635,000. The month's top sale, a condominium unit at 28 Minot St., sold for $1.1 million on July 31 from Adolfo Paulino Rosario to Jacqueline C. Cervantes Chavez. Four transfers, all among family members or between an individual and their own trust or LLC, did not disclose a price. No street produced more than one sale, and the data shows a mix of condominium-unit and standard street-address transfers with no single price tier dominating.
