Former Lynn Teacher Once Honored by Amazon Charged With Child Rape

LYNN — A former Lynn middle school teacher once celebrated by Amazon as one of its teachers of the year has been arraigned on a charge of child rape, according to a wave of outlet reports Friday. Locally, the city's community calendar points ahead to a Ward 4 energy workshop and a run of library programming for teens and families over the coming week.
