Elm St. at $1 million, sold by Kenia Guzman to Rumaldo Solis Ramirez. Ten of the 13 recorded sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, with two under $500,000 and one at the $1 million mark. Most deeds recorded within a two-day span, Aug. 13-14. Four sales involved LLC or corporate buyers, and two unpriced transfers involved a grantor and grantee of the same name, consistent with trust or estate transfers.
