Lynn home sales price range holds steady at $297,000 to $760,000 in August
Lynn recorded 12 property sales between July 31 and August 29, with disclosed prices ranging from $297,000 to $760,000 and a median of $480,000. The top sale was 136 Wyman St., which sold for $760,000 on Aug. 28 from Robert J. Parris to Eduardo Jimenez. Five sales cleared $500,000, including a tie at $530,000 between 29 Winslow Way and 10 Essex Court, while six fell below $500,000, led by a $297,000 condo sale on Munroe Street. Sales were spread across a dozen different streets with no geographic concentration, and included a mix of single-family and condominium transactions, LLC-involved deals, and at least one within-family and one estate transfer.
