Lynn sees $804,000 top sale as August-September deed activity holds steady
Fifteen properties sold in Lynn between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to Essex County deed records, though only 9 sales disclosed a price. Disclosed prices ranged from $185,000 to $804,000, with a median of $545,000. The top sale was 10 Valley Ave at $804,000, sold Sept. 11 by Neighborhood Properties Inc to Ahmad Zeydoun Ali. Condominium units made up roughly half the transfers, and several sales, including at 40 Park Rd and 65 Winnepurkit Ave, moved property within the same family or into a trust rather than through disclosed open-market pricing.
