Water Commission rescinds December vote, names new chair

Lynn Water and Sewer Commission ousts its own December leadership pick in a same-night 3-1 revote. Separately, staff reported December capacity at just 52 percent against a 68.2 percent seasonal average amid a state-declared Level 2 drought, and said the treatment plant project is nearing completion as the commission releases contractor retainage.
