Lynn licensing board renews dozens of 2026 permits, grills a bar owner over a missed hearing. The board reviewed roughly a dozen other police incident reports, including a knife threat during an attempted robbery at Jimmy's Discount Liquor and a fight involving underage drinking at a Broadway restaurant.
